construction safety topics.
Mr. Palmer has a BS from Eastern Kentucky
University in Industrial Risk Management and
an MPH in Industrial Hygiene from the
University of Tennessee. He retains professional
certifications and registrations as a Certified
Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety
Professional (CSP), and Certified Hazardous
Materials Manager (CHMM).
